A mounted woodblock print featuring a Leaf Cluster design on heavy watercolour paper.
I created this woodblock print as part of a series of leaf based designs, focusing on the shape and pattern qualities of leaf clusters.
I hand painted the leaf design, then transferred it to computer for output on a laser cutter, using a 9cm x 9cm block of pine wood.
There is a photo of the actual woodblock I created for this print in the listing images, but please note: the wood block is not included with this item.
I then printed the woodblock onto heavy watercolour paper stock, using black water based printing ink, the paper is approx 150mm x 150mm, the print covers approx 90mm x 90mm of the paper..
The picture is mounted onto textured off white mat board 225mm x 225mm, with a 120mm x 120mm opening.
The print comes protected in a cellophane bag.
The charm of hand printed items means that every print is unique, the appearance of each print run can vary slightly, therefore the print you receive may look a little different from the images above.
