Pack of 4 assorted laser cut plywood and resin keyfobs, engraved with Australian botanic designs.
Handmade key fobs engraved and cut from premium plywood using a laser cutter, and attached to metal key chains.
The botanic designs are part of series of my own illustrations called Gum Doodles, they are based on Australian gum seeds, nuts and leaves.
Designed and handmade in my home studio in Melbourne Australia.

The key fob is made using a laser cutting machine. The pattern is engraved onto the surface of the plywood, and then the shape is cut out. The laser burns through the wood, this leaves the attractive dark engraving detail and a dark edge around the finished circular disk.
To enhance the engraved design I apply a clear resin dome to the surface of the plywood disk.
Each laser cut key fob is 3mm thick, 36mm in diameter, increasing to 40mm where the metal key chain is attached.
The flexible ‘snake’ key chain is nickel plated metal and is approx 40mm long.
The chain is attached to a circular split ring which is 25mm in diameter.
